ABOUT SOUNDSCAPE PANELS
INSTALLATION GUIDE
DECKO Soundscape panels are designed for simple DIY installation on most indoor wall or ceiling surfaces. They can be installed in three different ways depending on your needs — from fast and permanent to removable and flexible.
CHOOSE YOUR INSTALL METHOD:
1. Adhesive Only – Easiest & Fastest (Permanent)
-
✅ Quick to install
-
✅ Clean look — no visible fixings
-
❌ Permanent — difficult to remove later without wall damage
How: Apply a strong construction adhesive (e.g. Liquid Nails Heavy Duty, Soudal Fix All) directly to the back of the panel and press firmly onto the wall.
2. Adhesive + Screws – Maximum Hold (Permanent & Secure)
-
✅ Strongest bond — ideal for ceilings or high-traffic areas
-
✅ Clean appearance (screws can be hidden in slats)
-
❌ Permanent
How: Use adhesive as above, then reinforce with black-coloured stainless steel screws along the slats or edges, especially at the top and bottom of each panel.
3. Screws Only – Removable (Semi-Permanent)
-
✅ Panels can be removed or repositioned later
-
✅ No adhesive = no damage to wall when removed
-
❌ Slightly more time-consuming to install
How: Align panels carefully, then screw directly into the wall or ceiling through the slats. Use black-coloured stainless steel screws for a discreet finish. Suitable for timber, plasterboard, or MDF backings.
Note: When using screws only, take extra care with alignment and support during installation, as you won’t have the instant grip that adhesive provides.

CARE & MAINTENANCE
-
No maintenance required — TECH-Wood veneer is durable and doesn’t require sealing, oiling, or treatments.
-
Cleaning: Wipe with a dry microfiber cloth or use a vacuum with brush attachment.
-
Do not use abrasive cleaners, strong chemicals, or water sprays.
-
Indoor use only — panels are moisture-resistant but not waterproof.
-
Panels can be replaced individually if damaged — follow the same install method for replacements.
