DECKO SPC (Stone Polymer Composite) Flooring is the most advanced and innovative type of rigid core water and fire proof indoor flooring product, perfect for any home, rental property, hotel, motel commercial fit-out, or shop.

Available in four colours, Moderno, Legno, Bruno and Grigio, all at the same price per box. Independently tested to meet strict Australian and New Zealand standards: P3 wet pendulum slip resistance (AS4586:2013), fire safety with a Critical Radiant Flux of 11.0 kW/m2 or higher, and zero water penetration under NZBC E3/AS1 internal moisture testing.

At DECKO, the entire flooring process can be completely DIY, with the SPC planks having seamless interlocking edges, a special easy to install skirting system with 45-degree pre-cut ends for easy and strong hidden joins and a DIY Toolbox to help cuts and install.

Top-of-the-line performance, engineered for heavy commercial use and underfloor heating compatibility.

6 mm SPC core + 1.5 mm IXPE underlay, 50% thicker than our standard range for greater stability and comfort. The extra core thickness adds thermal mass, ideal for electric underfloor heating, while thermal resistance remains under the 0.15 m2K/W threshold recommended by most UFH systems. The IXPE pad is waterproof, closed-cell and heat-conductive, soft underfoot without blocking warmth.

The 0.7 mm commercial wear layer is over twice as thick as the industry standard 0.3 mm, certified to EN ISO 10582 Class 34 / AC5, among the highest durability ratings in the vinyl category.
